CUSTOMER SERVICES NVQ LEVEL 2

The VTCT Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service (QCF) is a vocational qualification that focuses on the development of the requisite knowledge, understanding and skills to prepare learners for the delivery of effective customer service.

The Course is made up as follows:

Communicate using customer service language



Follow the rules to deliver customer service



A further 20 credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each optional Group.
